André earned his LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape in 2001 and has been practicing criminal law since 2002. He is an experienced litigator with a sub-specialty in immigration law and a focus on drug-related offences and violations of the Marine Living Resources Act. André leads our After-Hours Bail Application Team, leveraging his extensive experience and relationships in after-hours criminal litigation to provide a 24-hour service.
